Are the conference and workshops in the same venue?

No, the conference is held at The Brewery, located on Chiswell Street, with Barbican as the closest station. The workshop venue is a 20-minute commute away from the conference venue, located in Kings Cross. If you've been allocated a workshop, you will have received full details for this. Please contact the team if that is not the case.

Will lunch be provided for both the workshop and conference day?

No, unfortunately lunch is only provided on the conference day. There will be breaks during the workshop day for attendees and workshop hosts to go for lunch together!

Who can I ask for help on the workshop and conference days?

If you have any questions or need help during the workshop or conference days, please find a Theodo staff member wearing a Theodo lanyard or shirt. There will be a Theodo booth at the conference, or simply ask at reception to be referred to a team member.

Will the sessions be recorded for later viewing?

Yes, all talks will be recorded and we will release them after the event!

Will the sessions be interactive?

Yes, all talks will be interactive, allowing for questions and engagement from the audience.
